Board Members Retreat Event for Care for Refugees (CFR)

The Board members and other invited personnel will come together to reflect on our achievements, strategize for the future and strengthen our commitment to supporting refugees coming to Nova Scotia, Canada. The retreat is a vital opportunity for collaboration, planning and inspiration as we work towards our mission of providing care, resources, and advocacy for refugees in need.
Care for Refugees (CFR) is a non-profit organization that has sponsored refugees from different countries to come to Nova Scotia, Canada for over 15 years. CFR is a volunteer-based organization. It is run with many volunteers helping with both settlement and operations. The organization has sponsored over 150 refugees.
